Ingredients

1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

1 banana

1/2 cup strawberries

Unsweetened coconut, to taste

Ground flaxseed, to desired consistency

Matcha green tea powder, to taste (available at Wystone’s World of Teas)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
